Plendify is seeking to operate the #1 Business to Business (B2B) marketplace for businesses in Africa. Our mission is to help bring supply and demand together in Africa by providing businesses access to an online portal where they can connect, network, and grow. We are also building an enterprise-grade fintech platform large financial institution to enable them to serve small businesses across Africa.
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team! Your Mission as Sales Executive will be to lead and manage all our sales efforts as it relates to selling Plendify’s offerings to businesses (i.e. Corporate, Medium and Small) across Ghana. In the process, we expect you to build a team of other “A” players who will be groomed to replicate the Sales successes of the company. As our Sales Executive your main responsibility will be to drive our business success by implementing a strong and sustainable sales strategy. You and your team's main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users/customers.

Responsibility and Duties
Find quality prospects and leads
Learn all the details about our products and services
Understand all the prospects needs, problems or wants
Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
Meet with potential clients and act as their consultant
Up-sell when appropriate
Follow up with hot leads
Identify buyer persona profiles
Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives
Investigate leads and find out about them as much as possible before contacting
Consult with sales and marketing team to ensure the efficiency
Identify most important sales KPIs
Track and monitor your work and bring back reports from the field
Prepare and present reports when needed
Attend sales educational events and seminars
Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
Report to management team
Requirements and Qualifications
5+ years of experience working as a Sales Executive or similar role
5+ years of experience in doing sales
Proven record of successful deals closed
Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing
Great command of MS Office, CRM and Online tools
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skill
Team player
Excellent leadership skills
Great time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
A degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Must be able to drive
Nice to haves
Previous experience exceeding your sales quota on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
Experience in the financial services, technology or telecom industries
