Role
As an eCommerce Supplier Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in enhancing our product offerings and ensuring our pricing remains competitive within the market. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves the thrill of shopping and negotiating prices, and is adept at finding the best deals. Your contributions will directly impact our bottom line and drive our success in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibility and Duties
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable and timely supply of products.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and discounts.
Continually assess and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with our quality standards and delivery expectations.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to obtain volume discounts, limited-time offers, and exclusive promotions.
Collaborate with the merchandising and inventory teams to forecast demand and ensure product availability.
Leverage market trends, consumer behavior insights, and competitive analysis to recommend pricing strategies and product selections that align with our business goals.
Manage and resolve any issues related to supplier performance, including delivery delays, product quality concerns, and contractual disagreements.
Attend trade shows and industry events to build new supplier relationships and discover emerging trends and products.
Utilize a variety of software tools to track supplier interactions, manage contracts, and analyze the effectiveness of different suppliers and products.
Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience in retail and wholesale buying, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous terms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to thrive in a results-driven environment that requires quick decision-making and flexibility.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and familiarity with inventory or supply chain management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
